Sounds of Autism, part of the Hearts that SAUR foundation
I have a child on the Autism spectrum. He was diagnosed with Asperger’s at the age of 5. We knew something wasn’t quite right at the age of 3 and we spent countless hours trying to find the right diagnosis, therapies, and support and for him and for us.
It was a confusing, frustrating time – full of doubt, fear, frustration and tears.
I don’t want anyone else to go through what we went through and that is why I support Sounds of Autism and am part of their team that supports families who were at the same place we were.
My speciality is helping families who are looking for school options that best fit the needs of both their child and the family. This is a huge area of concern for most families and I provide one on one support and also provide information through talks at the local Sounds of Autism meetings.
My other area of expertise in the Autism community is that as a realtor, I specifically work with families, who have a family member with special needs. These families have different concerns, issues and needs that other families do not. I work with families to ensure that they have a better home buying/selling experience with a realtor that understands their circumstances!

It is centered around a monthly ‘Girls Night Out’ and I am involved with the Goodyear chapter. The event takes place on the 1st Tuesday of every month at Macaroni Grill in Goodyear from 6-8pm.
