
I do more than find people homes – I help them buy or sell their most important asset and I take that role seriously. My clients are more than a commission to me and I want them to be thrilled with their home and with my service.
I am originally from Minnesota, but moved to The Valley via England, where I lived for almost 8 years. My husband is former British military and after early retirement, his dream of becoming an airline pilot took us to the Valley of the Sun!
We have lived in Goodyear since 2007 and love the people, the landscape and the growth of the West Valley. We have two boys and two dogs and we love to explore the beauty of Arizona as well as use my husband’s travel benefits to travel the world! In my spare time, I love to support local non-profits. My professional background started in the non-profit sector, where I was a Fundraising and Grants Manager for a charity. This career was fulfilling and I enjoyed helping those in need and appreciated that families let me be a part of their journey when caring for a sick or disabled relative. It helped me to be compassionate and understanding, while I worked diligently to get the funds we needed.
When I moved back stateside, I got into the staffing industry and owned a staffing company, which oversaw over 300 employees. Being a business owner, I was able to fine tune my skills of contract negotiation and relationship management and bring those skills to the table on behalf of my real estate clients
Since moving to the valley, my family and I have had investment properties and I enjoyed the process and the opportunities it provided, so I incorporated the worlds of non-profit, public sector and real estate experience to become a realtor with three main areas of focus:
– Relocation – both traditional and military– Families with Special Needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum
– First Time Home Buyers
After the completion of a transaction, I want my clients to have purchased a home they like and can afford or sold their house as seamlessly as possible for the best price, enabling them both to move forward financially and to meet the needs of their family.
